Rice Water is Powerful

There are several ingredients in our homes that work wonders for our skin problems. Rice water has immense benefits on the skin, and you can use it to make face packs comfortable at home.

Rice water is the leftover water in which you soak or soak rice. It may seem unusual, but in Japanese culture it is actually considered an effective ingredient in skin care. Turn off the water, don't throw it away and use it to improve your skin.   

Rice water is also beneficial for dealing with skin pores, as it is a natural astringent agent that helps open and close skin pores and cleanse them. Rice water-based face packs are a great way to nourish your skin. Facial packs made with rice water can help your skin to glow, shine, smooth and become supple.   

To prepare it, soak 3 tablespoons rice for 2 hours in 1 / 4 glass of water and then strain. 

Honey is a great ingredient because it moisturizes the skin and has anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Gram of flour, on the other hand, lightens the skin and removes the tan.    

The combination of rice water with a face pack makes your skin smooth and radiant. Mix rice water and prepared mizzen with honey until you get a pasty consistency. Apply the face pack for 10 minutes and let it dry. Once dry, rinse with cold water. Facial packs can help with the skin tone you're vying for and rejuvenate your skin.    

Mix the oats and milk until the consistency is uniform and a paste is formed. Mix rice and water to make oats and milk.

Put the rice, water and egg white in a bowl and mix to a paste. Apply the pack to your face and leave for 10-12 minutes until it is completely dry. Once dry, rinse with cold water.    

Add the magic ingredients to your face pack to make your skin glow more than once or twice a day, overnight or even daily.
